Muay Thai can be described as a form of kickboxing from Thailand. It's a stand-up martial art that uses punches, elbows, knees and kicks among other techniques.

Muay Thai is terrific for self-defense and conditioning as well as an enjoyable martial art. Our classes are very well organized, safe, and feature sound technical instruction.
